Fabrikators is located in metropolitan Copenhagen, Denmark. We partner with our Global Supplier Network (GSN) to create the fastest "time to market" products.
There are three major building blocks to our business:
· Developing and manufacturing our own products
· Developing products for customers
· Import/Export of selected innovative products
Our partners are located in North America, Asia, Central and Western Europe. Fabrikators offers full turnkey product development, including manufacturing start-up and ongoing product maintenance and support at greatly reduced costs using these strategic relationships.
Design & Development Service
We handle the design and development cycle for any product idea you have. We use our mechanical, electrical, software, compliance and manufacturing engineers to bring any product idea or modification to full product capability. We can use your existing systems or our internal systems to construct bills of material, create drawings, printed circuit boards, develop and tool plastic designs. We can use Fabrikators’ Global Supply Network, or if you prefer, we can use your existing supplier base to complete the manufacturing process. Our flexibility helps you meet your product schedule and costs.
Tools
Fabrikators uses the best development tools to complete the product development cycle, including ProE, OrCAD, Microsoft Project, Environmental and Compliance Testing, and FEM analysis, to name a few. If you have an idea, Fabrikators will develop it into a complete product, on time, at cost.
Global Cooperation
Sourcing your product is our strength. We work with you to determine the best location based on time, cost and availability to develop and manufacture your product. Our Global Supply Network (GSN) partners are located strategically around the globe to support guaranteed success. Quality is a leading indicator of a successful project from the development process to the manufacturing cycle. We work closely with our Global Supply Network from process setup to component selection to develop your quality products on time and within budget.
